2. Incomplete or illegible Registration and Admission Forms, without Photographs, will not be accepted & processed. 3. Dates for test/interview/interaction will be given at the time of registration. The school authorities reserve the right to
change the date and time of the test / interview.
4. Merely issue of forms of registration and Admission does not imply admission which is subject to Admission Test/Interview/
Interaction and also to the availability of the availability of seats and decision of Admission Committee.
5. Photo copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation of Concerned civic authority must accompany of Birth
Registration Form. Photocopy of report card of the last exam passed must be attached with the registration form & Admission Form for all classes and T.C. in original is compulsory.
